Obama: 'That Wild-Eyed, Socialist, Tax-Hiking Class Warrior Was Ronald Reagan'
By Terence P. Jeffrey
(CNSNews.com) - In reiterating on Wednesday his proposal that the federal government should increase taxes on wealthy Americans, President Barack Obama said he was following the model of President Ronald Reagan, whom he mockingly called--in likening himself to Reagan--a "wild-eyed socialist."
"That wild-eyed socialist, tax-hiking class warrior was Ronald Reagan," Obama said, while contending his idea for increasing taxes on high-income earners was derived from the philosophy and policies of the conservative, Republican president who served in the Wwild-eyed socialist, tax-hiking class warrior hite House from January 1981 until January 1989, and who died in 2004.
Obama described his plan as one that would make sure that Americans who make $1 million per year or more--"like my friend Warren Buffet"--will pay at least the same percentage of their income in federal taxes as middle-class people.

Yep, that's Reagan all right. A "wild-eyed socialist, tax-hiking class warrior." Getting a little desperate there, aren't you Barry. And your "friend Warren Buffett" owes a cool mil in back taxes, Barry ol' buddy, so maybe you ought to tell him to pony up rather than playing your stupid little grandstanding games.

...apparently Bozobama thinks there are no records of what Reagan did by reducing the tax rates from 70% to 28%,
and consequently increasing revenues to the Treasury within 2 years.
The gig is up for this sorry chapter in our political history; you're right UB & Grayjack; he is desperate.

Desperate and dangerous. Must be defeated. Totally, completely, mercilessly, devastatingly defeated, never to foul and pervert the America way again.

Obama quips he'd change 'Buffett Rule' to'Reagan Rule' to sway GOP lawmakers
PresidentObama says he's willing to change the name of the proposed "BuffettRule" to the "Reagan Rule" if it will sway Republicans to"get on board" with the rest of the country....
...Theformer president's name surfaced repeatedly during the briefing with [Press Secretary] Carney.
Carney said the very principle that a CEO "should not pay income tax at a lowerrate than his or her secretary."
"This is a specific example that Ronald Reagan himself cited," the spokesman said...

Obama,Like Buffett, Had Lower Tax Rate Than His Secretary
WASHINGTON — For months, President Obama has marveled that the billionaire investor Warren E. Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary, citing it as an egregious example of an unjust tax code. It turns out that another famous and well-compensated American does, too: Mr. Obama...
... The president and his wife, Michelle Obama, reported adjustedgross income of $789,674 in 2011, and paid just over 20 percent...
... The White House confirmed that Mr. Obama’s secretary, AnitaDecker Breckenridge, paid a “slightly higher” tax rate than her boss in 2011,on a salary of $95,000.

How do you spell hypocrite?!
President Obama seems to be of the opinion that whatever he says is gospel - this may work in a socialist society - however - this country is built on the principle of freedom - to include "free speech" which encourages free and individual thought - in other words - we aren't all sheep...
Mr. Obama - Ronald Reagan also said:
1) "Facts are stubbornthings."
2) "Man is not free unless government is limited."
and - one of my personal favorites:
3) "The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn’t so."

The narcissism, arrogance and cynicism of this man defy belief. He thinks that by invoking the name of Ronald Reagan, despite being the antithisis of all Reagan stood for, he can bend opponents to his will. Or is he just trying to be a nasty little b.....d?

He is ridiculous. He DARES to call Reagan a socialist?! He should know that those who know Reagan also know that he hated communism/socialism. He's becoming more nero-like by the hour, and he'll not only fiddle, but laugh maniacly while Washington burns.

It's been a while since Psych in college, but I believe he is projecting his persona on to Reagan in order to convince Reagan fans that barry is a legitimate leader instead of a miserable failure.

If so that's just another example of how dumb he thinks we are.
