One word describes President Bush,Class! from the article: WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush made a round of Christmas Eve calls to soldiers in hot spots and other posts around the world on Tuesday, thanking them for their service "in defense of freedom." "His message was to express his appreciation and that of the American people for the sacrifices they are making in the defense of freedom," White House spokesman Scott Stenzel told reporters. Bush called nine soldiers from all five branches of the U.S. military, stationed in posts including Bosnia, Afghanistan, Alaska, South Korea and on vessels at sea, Stenzel said. |
