If people here think you have all your mental baggage, and think you contribute to the overall quality of the forum, they can 'rate' or maybe call it 'vote' on you.

It's however, not static...it can go up or down, depending on the total # of people rating you, and the rating they give you.

Maybe it's a way of behavior modifacation...

Put as much stock in it as you care to...
