El Rushbo Translates John Kerry's Gobbledygook
Quote:
El Rushbo Translates John Kerry's Gobbledygook
August 1, 2006
BEGIN TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: This is last night on, I guess it was on Hannity and Colmes - Alan Colmes is interviewing Senator Kerry and he starts out here, Kerry does, by warning Colmes not to distort his words. Listen to it yourself. The question that Colmes asks, "What would be happening and how can you be sure President Kerry wouldnt be presiding over the kind of conflict that were seeing?"
KERRY: What I was talking about Alan, which should not be distorted, is Iraq and the impact Iraq has had on the Middle East and the lack of diplomacy and involvement by this administration for several years. I would not have gone into Iraq the way President Bush did if I had to. I would have done that very differently and our leverage, we would have a great deal more leverage in the region than we have today. Now obviously, I can't tell you that Hezbollah wouldn't do something bad. What Im saying is Iraq would have been profoundly different and our engagement and diplomacy would have been profoundly different and the attitude of the United States towards the countries in that region would have been different, and as a result, we would have greater leverage and greater ability to protect our interests.
RUSH: Can I translate this for you? I have to translate it because its gobbledygook. What Kerrys saying is that he would have invaded Iraq smarter and better than Bush and that everyone in that region would love us. And if John Kerry was president now he would simply say to Israel and Hezbollah, "Stop fighting, because I, John Kerry, say so." And there would be so much respect for the United States if John Kerry was president that the moment he ordered a ceasefire, "You guys stop," they would stop. Thats what hes saying. Hes delusional.
In the first place, whats happening is a transformation of a region right under his nose and he doesnt get it. All he's doing is saying, "I would have done the status quo, I would have made sure we would have done it smarter and wiser. And I would have not alienated the French." John Kerry and the Democratic Party are 30 to 40 years old, their playbook is that old and the plays are not revised and updated. He is a walking accident. John Kerry is a walking disaster waiting to happen. Speaking of which, Matt Drudge has on his fabulous website today a picture posted.
You have to see this. Supposedly Kerry was in Iowa recently. It might have been yesterday, I'm not sure when he was there. Hes in Iowa because he has fantasies of being elected President again and nominated by the Democratic Party and there's a picture of a Kerry rally. Im going to count the people here. They have two tents set up. A lot of photographers here taking pictures, but there are ten, 11, 12, about 25 people at this rally. Let me zero in here for you on the Dittocam so you get a look at it. There it is. There is Kerry as youll see there, Kerry would be in the lower left hand corner. See the two tents with people sitting there? It looks like the must dull family reunion barbecue youve ever been to with old grandpa up there with the microphone telling people the way it was when he had to walk through 10 inches of snow to get to school every day.

Of course Alan Colmes ask Kerry nothing but softball questions.. Kerry said(if he was president) that we(the US) "Would have destroyed Hezbollah".
Ummm Did Hezbollah attack us on 9/11? Since all the libs screamed how dare we go after IRAQ when they didn't attack us on 9/11...
Such a phony... I hope he runs for President again, just to watch Hillary run circles around that baffoon and complete end his political career will be worth the popcorn...
