We all know by now that the bill has passed, but the war is far from over. If you are like me every Tom, Dick and Harry has sent you an email saying we need your money to help fight this, do not believe them. Most of the people standing out there in Washington got there on their own dime, they did not ask you or me to help send them and the others are just seeing this as a great way to raise money. Our fight is now in our respective states, we need you at your capital buildings or on the phone to them demanding legislation to combat this bill, and a special session if they are not currently in session. We need you to contact your governor’s office and demand your state file suit against this unconstitutional bill.

There is this little trivial part of the constitution called the tenth amendment which states, Amendment X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people. What this means is that unless the constitution spells out the right for the government to impose healthcare upon us which it does not, they cannot. It says that those rights not given to the government belong to our states and to you and me. That being said the healthcare bill is wholly unconstitutional and unacceptable and the states have the right to file legislation to prohibit the implementation of the overarching federal healthcare overhaul in our states and we need to do it now.

Make no mistake these people who seek to impose this bill on us know their days are numbered, they will be trying to implement everything in their reach before November, we cannot afford to believe that they will not force this sooner. You can expect that Cap and trade and amnesty will be passed the same way and before November so we must act now and we must use every resource available to us. They make think they have beaten us, they may be licking their lips after what they conceive to be fresh kill but we are not dead yet and they just kicked the ball in our back yard, the question now is what will we do with it. This is our chance to fight back and fight like hell, hold your heads up we are not dead yet.
