Shotgun troubles

My grandpa and I go shooting all the time he has three guns a 5 shot 20 gage pump, A single shot 16 gage, and double barrel 12 gage. We usually just shoot the 20 and 16 but we decided to try the old double barrel. Now I am a pretty small guy, I'm five two. So shooting a single barrel 12 gage would be hard enough, but i made the mistake of pulling both triggers on the gun and i got nocked on my *** and dislocated my shoulder. Man I feel like a DUMB *** LIBERAL.

Just think back about our former beloved Vice Presidents mishap and you should feel a little better about yourself.

I wouldn't feel bad about it Tyler. As long as no one was seriously hurt you didn't really mess up that bad. Movies make it look like you can do that with a side-by-side double barrel 12 gauge but in reality it's a bad idea. Hope your shoulder gets better soon.

We all have mishaps, at least us on the right, the left is better known for gaffes.

First time shootin a shotgun 10 gauge with 3" Magnum shells...My right side shoulder to my butt hurt for days!

Weapons need cushion and the bony shoulder needs it!

I've fired both barrels at once of a side by side 12 ga. with no problem, but that was back before the 3" chambering. Just did it to see the effect. No real reason to do so.
