Exclamation Fakery...

The American Thinker

The Lost 5 Million

5-3-2012 / Jeffrey Folks

Five million Americans have been thrown under the bus. They are walking around dazed, outcast, and defeated. Worst of all, they arenot even counted in official tallies of the unemployed...

Despite Obama's latest assertion of having created 4 million jobs in the last 26 months, the reality is that in the past two years, 54 million workers have left the job market entirely. These are the 5.4 million whom academics like to call"discouraged workers," and as far as the administration and its media cheerleaders are concerned, they do not exist...

The U.S. economy has expanded on average at something like 2% since Obamatook office, and now, with the latest GDP growth figures for the first quarterof 2012 revised downward to 1.8%, the economy seems tobe slipping back toward stagnation, if not recession.

During a normal period of recovery, the economy grows at a rate of more than4%. This was the case during the Reagan recovery of the 1980s, the Clinton recovery of the 1990s (with a major assist on spending restraint from Newt Gingrich), and the Bush recovery of the mid-2000s. But ever since Obama took office, the economy has suffered. Under constant attack by a hostile administration...

It is not as if Obama lacked the means to create more jobs. Simply by lowering taxes and reducing regulations, President Reaganc reated the greatest economic boom in modern American history. At this point during the Reagan recovery (the first quarter of the fourth year in office),the economy expanded by7.4%. Now, at exactly the same point in the Obama presidency, it is growing at1.8%. That slow growth is the reason for the lack of jobs and for the tragic loss of hope for so many Americans....

Had the president remained on vacation, things might have gone well. Instead, he chose to squander nearly a trillion dollars in his 2009 stimulus bill, a fraudulent measure that has stimulated nothing except debt levels. He then followed up with a proposal for another $447 billoin giveaway, which Congress had the good sense to defeat...

...remember who was in charge the last four years and vote accordingly. These people should have plenty of time to get to the polls and vote. After all, they're not doing much of anything else.

This guy gets it! I caught a segment on Fox tonight about the"faked" unemployment numbers - only - the fox anchor was too polite to call it that - she wondered that isn't it funny that nationwide all jobless numbers show a decrease - and isn't this surprising with the election coming up - and - how could one potentially manipulate those statistics...

Obama and the do-nothing admin preach class warefare and blame the republicans in congress - it is UN-believable. Boo-boo Biden says: "they dont' get us" - we do, Mr. Biden! Fakery exposed...

Thank you very much for posting this important fact. From my personal perspective, the rats are doing these under-handed tactics because they know that their defeat come November is going to be bigger than the defeat back in 2010.

Maybe I'm just being optimistic but my honest perception says using under-handed tactics to this extreme means it's a sign of desperation and fear of getting defeated in November.

FYI and touching on the same subject are two Town Hall articles I found interesting:

As Predicted Democrats Abandoning Obama

John Ransom / 5-26-2012

Love is always being able to tell liberals I told you so.
Ok, I don’t know if it’s love exactly, but man it sure does feel good.
A few weeks ago, after West Virginia’s Democrat governor and US Senator both refused to endorse Obama for reelection in 2012, I wrote:
Scores of Democrats running for reelection will defect from Obama before the campaign is done. And scores of Democrat voters will reject him too...

Obama's Campaign about Nothing

John Ransom / 5-24-2012

Obama may go down as the first president in the history of the U.S. to run a campaign based, like Jerry Seinfeld’s comedy, on nothing.
It’s gotten so bad that the New York Times is appealing to people to “believe in” Obama, like he’s a children’s character or a Vegas magic act, rather than president of the United States...

Children's Character describes him very well. I can see him in the Mickey Mouse hat now.
