So in other words: The Ryan Plan: Save Medicare
The barry Plan: Blame Bush when medicare goes bankrupt from constant skimming.

Interesting developments due to the fact that the Romney/Ryan team is now presenting/portraying the facts on Medicare - i.e. Obama's diversion of funds in the matter - to their advantage:
