...yup; luv the Beatles.
My all-time favorite R-n-R musician, Keith Emerson is English, too.
The Bond franchise; the supporting cast of Bernard Lee (M), Lois Maxwell (Moneypenny), and Desmond Lewellen (Q), appeared with Connery, Lazenby,
Moore, Dalton, and Desmond Lewellen even with Brosnan. Obviously-they
are all English.
The first Avenger female (I think) was the very English Honor Blackman,
best known as "Poosey Galore" in Goldfinger...

Seeing as how I am a complete Anglophile(the UK is my second favorite country in the world, besides the USA of course. Now if they went for a more Libertarian model of politics.....) I hardly have a grudge against our allies across the pond. They have pulled in a lot of hard work that cowards have always been doormats to tyranny's instincts, the latest tyrant being Saddam of course.
Anyways, (and yes I know that Gordon Brown is sort of a Statist.) here are my 5 favorite UK performers:
John
Paul
George
Ringo
George Martin.
That is all that I'll have in my list, thank you come again!

Geesh, I think that Yellow Submarine is my favorite animated movie and I remember Lucy In The Sky from there. Actually Lucy in the Sky might be one of my favorite songs of the 60s, so representative(just relax). Hane and I are the big Beatle fans(though I like John more than Paul(Edit: Jim Sr.), even if John did try his best to become a Commie in the early 70s) but I might give her a run for her money on a few parts(or at least I used to).
BTW, I have finally seen one of the best films I have ever seen, The Beatles Anthology. If you haven't seen it may you stare into the glass onion eternally and never realize the truth of existence.
