OK, let me get this right. Now, non citizens have the same rights to an attorney as citizens?
OK, then, here is what GWB should do. IF the Supreme Court upholds this lunacy, do the following: At noon the following day, release ALL of the Guantanamo "detainees" into the heart of San Francisco. You think I am kidding? Not one bit. I say we do not give them ANY rights. Let the people of California who allowed in these 9th Circuit idiots to learn from their mistakes.

Came out about one week ago. Seems it runs "contrary" to what "they" think the US is. I say, fine, no courts for them. They were caught with weapons attacking US soldiers. Let em rot in Guantanamo. If the Supremes disagree, then let em loose somewhere in the US. Make em citizens for all I care. Why not? 9th Circuit says they deserve the "rights" of citizens. |
