Definitely!
The sad thing about that is Krugman's typical economic analysis is at least somewhat, if not completely, off base, and it takes bloggers and articles on the National Review website to provide realistic outlooks of the economy. I don't say that just as a partisan; it really does look as if the majority of economists disagree with Krugman consistently. Yet it is Krugman that writes for the Times, a prestigious newspaper. The Times only wants opinions about the economy that promote liberalism. The fact that Krugman is embraced by the Times says volumes about their journalistic goals and integrity.
