OK, it can be as simple as just shipping your product across state lines. Example: You have a mail-order business and you ship your product to someone in CA.
It can be a bit more complicated as well. Example: You are a cattle rancher. Your cows are grazing in a field and cross over into the other state, but come back before you slaughter them. You sell the meat in your state. That’s still interstate commerce because your product (the cow) has crossed state lines. |

Okay, that part I do understand. I should have made myself clearer. I'm really sorry. What I wanted to know to how it relates to the Constitution.
