Yankees/Red Sox

This is one of the best rivalaries in sports.
I know the Yankees tease the Red Sox every year with a slump but the Yanks are just 3 ahead. They lost 22-0 2 nights ago.
The Sox have Schilling and Martinez and great hitting. THE Yankees pitching seems frayed. Mussina has a 5.50 ERA and Brown is hurt a lot.
The wild card ruins this race though because it isn't do or die. The loser can still win the wild card.

robert the only thing is that manny/ortiz/and bellhorn for a short time were on a hot streak during that run. all 3 are very streaky so come playoff time if they arent there the redsox don't stand a chance. Also yankess dont have giambi.
If they meet again it will be a great series and if manny/ortiz/bellhorn are on then it is going to be redsox over the yanks but if not I don't see it happening

The curse applies only to the World Series but seems to apply with the Yankees since the Sox usually have to go through them. Many times they lost to the Yankees they probably could have won the series.
The worst was the Mets loss. Clemens was in the bullpen celebrating.

ESPN is saying the Yankees are collapsing which is stupid. They will win over a 100 games probably. That is not a collapse.
