Funny he was in HARLEM today saying he will reduce the price of HEATING OIL for the poor. Ummm there are plenty of people living in that area who are in million dollar apartments.
Harlem isn't the big beacon of poor black people much anymore. There are plenty of filthy-rich white people in that area now. I guess Chavez's buddies in the DEMOCRAT party haven't passed along that little tid bit of information.

Well since he boycotted the US himself in terms of exporting oil to us, I guess basic economics is lost on this moron.
If I were George Bush I would write; Dear Hugo; I heard the comment on the news yesterday about me. Considering that you don't know basic economics because you just gave the finger to one of your biggest customers, and are apparently bonding with a country that may be a smoking black hole soon, I would say the sooner your people depose you the better.
