Bwhahahahahahahaha!!!...Valerie Plame Can Suck Lemons!!
It's pretty much the stake through the heart of Valerie P(b)lame & that moron Joe Wilson.

Plame Lawsuit Dismissed in CIA Leak Case
WASHINGTON (AP) - Former CIA operative Valerie Plame lost a lawsuit Thursday that demanded money from Bush administration officials whom she blamed for leaking her agency identity.
Plame, the wife of former Ambassador Joseph Wilson, had accused Vice President Dick Cheney and others of conspiring to disclose her identity in 2003.
U.S. District Judge John D. Bates dismissed the case on jurisdictional grounds and said he would not express an opinion on the constitutional arguments.
Plame's lawyers said from the beginning the suit would be a difficult case to make.
Nobody was charged with leaking but Libby was convicted of lying and obstruction the investigation.
Bush commuted Libby's 2 1/2-year prison term before the former aide served any time.
"This just dragged on the character assassination that had gone on for years," said Alex Bourelly, one of Libby's lawyers.

Though Bates said the case raised "important questions relating to the propriety of actions undertaken by our highest government officials," he said there was no legal basis for the suit.
In this case, Bates said, Congress passed the Privacy Act to cover many of Plame's claims. Courts have held that the Privacy Act cannot be used to hold government officials personally liable for damages in court.
Bates also sided with administration officials who said they were acting within their job duties. Plame had argued that what they did was illegal and outside the scope of their government jobs.
Rove's lawyer, Robert Luskin, said Rove was pleased to have the case behind him.
"The risk of being liable for personal damages is not something anybody takes lightly," Luskin said

Liberals have become so accustomed to using the courts as their fulcrum against conservatives that they don't even consider the judges opinions, if the judge sides with them he's a good judge, if he doesn't he's a conservative lackey.
They have all the depth of a mud puddle, and even less interest.

I take it that you visited my link above to the DU?
Speaking of Judges...an awesome book to read is Robert Bork's "The Tempting of America" (The Political Seduction of the Law).

Wow, I'm so glad that someone in the judiciary looked at this and said, "Wow, this case is retarded." and threw it out.
I mean I read the Libby indictment. They first formulate that he must have hidden something, but yet also ascertain and quote him that he really couldn't recall exact times and dates.
So in the indictment, they said he did something wrong, but yet confirm that he really didn't remember and even if he knew, he wasn't to leak it to the press because journalists couldn't be trusted.
A 5 year old could have done much better. Seriously. Read the document itself. The other one for Tom DeLay was stupid too.

Should we break the news that we never have had a democracy in the United States? That would blow their turgid little minds, wouldn't it?
I'm laughing my butt off at the conspiracy theories that are spinning out over on that board. I've never seen such galloping paranoia. All fueled by their hatred of George W. Bush and conservatism in general.
Hey, kids, you have the Congress now. You have the reigns of power. Oops...your approval rating is 14%-even lower than the president you hate. You don't have the moral courage to show your true selves because you know the American electorate would toss you out on your *** for it.
I'm happy to see Valerie Plame's case dismissed. There never was a case. She's trying to take advantage of the hype and the political climate to make a little cash. She and her husband are buck hustling.

I'm glad you got a kick out of it to!
I sometimes think Hane & Fuzzball worry about me going over there.
I don't know...but even after all this time, I've never ceased to be amazed at chronic conspiracies & blame their few (and I do mean FEW) brain cells generate.
One of my hobbies is the study of human behavior, and while I actually sometimes wonder if they are even human...they never do cease to amaze me.

Yes, I visited the site link, I don't really like to eavesdrop on the liberals, I'm afraid I'll catch something .. .. they're always so emotionally high strung .. like an ant colony.
Thanks for the tip, I'll try to check out RB's book.

You are so right! All the liberal rhetoric is just a smoke screen to cause confusion, cast doubt on their opponents, and take the focus away from the facts, which, if viewed clearly, illustrate that liberals don't have any real solutions.
It's sad that the masses in our country are so dim witted that they can't see the liberal ploy - destroying opponents through character assassination, lies, and innuendo, instead of intellectual and diplomatic excellence.
America needs leadership, not slick Willie and the boys (and girls).

It is sad that members of the United States Military have to appear in front of the cameras and plead for support. Yesterday thats what I saw, a couple of differant brave souls appeared for the media saying the surge is working, more boots are needed, please understand this. It should not come down to this, they should not have to worry about the support from the World, they have enough to worry about on ops, its crazy. The left have caused this, they should be ashamed, but they are not, we all know they are proud of the abscent minded moral crushing views they put forth before the publics eye. At times they make me sick. It is a shame that I have to seek forgiveness nightly at the ill will I wish upon them because of the shortsidedness they display, they in effect lure me into sin by my wholesale innability to turn the other cheek, to put it all in Lords hands through prayer. It is a shame they rely on character assasination of the first order, they blame the split ends on top of their head on the President and result to slumber parties for the goal opposite of victory. Apologees to all as I broke off of the topic of this particular thread, I can rant.
