The Music Mogul walks!!!!!! Really, can't make up my mind how I feel about this one. I really thought they'd land a conviction. I was wrong about O.J Simpson as well. Oh well, as far as prognostication goes I guess I'll stick to sports. How do you feel?

This outcome is another reason why I hate the jury system we have here in the states. How do you come to any conclusion other than this guy put his gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger? He told the 911 operator " I think I just killed someone." Now they want to try him on manslaughter charges - as if he got her permission to put a bullet through the back of her head...sick.

Judged by a jury of my peers? No thanks. My peers aren't a bunch of Jerry's kids!

Evr be nice it's the Jury system mostly in California that is to blame.. Spector should have been in Jail years ago, OJ, Robert Blake, etc..

The idiots on the juries are judging people they see on TV, and can't figure out the difference..

Evrvglnt, I agree it is rediculous, and just to think some want to filter the Gitmo detainees through our courts system. Given the record of our lackluster Judicial system that would be a big time mistake, you know couple that with the liberal judges out there it makes me wonder what people who support that are thinking with.
