The IRS had a lot riding on a fraud conviction of Snipes. That they failed is a defeat of shocking proportions...

And really, he's involved with a tax protest leader? That right there tells me that he's stupid enough to have done what he was charged with.

No, you and I don't have anywhere near the resources that Snipes does. However, the IRS probably wouldn't have pulled out all the stops against either of us like they did in this trial. That's got some very senior Treasury Department officials worked up.

Great I'm hoping for another Blade movie. Sorry I was on his side in this. I'm as happy for someone wh gets out of paying taxes as I am for someone who is successful in business.
