Israel was foolish for not "Exterminating" Yassir Arafat very early on.
When they had Arafat trapped in his compound, Israel should have dropped a "Daisy Cutter" into the compound, waited 30 minutes, and dropped another one. We were just as foolish for not "Exterminating" Yassir Arafat too. It would have prevented a lot of his offspring "trash"; which might have deterred the formation of Al Quaeda.
