Perhaps, if God was trying to punish someone, He selected his target based upon THEIR sins....after all, New Orleans is the epitome of perversion. (It's not surprising that the strip clubs were one of the first businesses back in operation in N.O.).

Or perhaps He had nothing at all to do with CAUSING this catastrophe and New Orleans was battered because the leadership of New Orleans and Louisiana failed to spend their constituents money wisely. After all, who has the primary responsibility of providing a safe city to the citizens?

Mr. Nagin, you are a Racist, you are a Bigot and you are an apologist for failed liberal programs and policies. Take responsibility for your own town, charge your citizens to take responsibility for their own persons.

OMG...I just listened to her entire speech....all she did was pander.

I'm telling you...nothing will come of this....she can make the most outrageous comments and as long as she's a liberal and she's talking about Conservatives or Republicans, there won't even be a second glance.

I did notice that there was no applause after her comment.

It just made me think....exactly who are the slaves in this picture, because everyone there was elected by their constituents....

Hmmmmmm.....so I guess if you lose the majority, in Shrillarys mind this relegates you to the position of slave....

What a complete and utter insult to those that actually lived as slaves!!!

Sure she's my junior senator but I'd never consider myself a slave to her or any elected official. I am no one's slave. I am independent and have paid for everything I own, so I am quite proud. And there lies the difference between those who fall for such ridiculous rhetoric and those who eat it with a very large spoon.
