Reagan float makes Rose Parade history

Inside a large warehouse in Irwindale on Tuesday night, 14-year-old Jake Zarraonandia of Thousand Oaks carefully placed evergreens atop a 26-foot high float.
It was a special float, a one-of-a-kind dedicated to President Ronald Reagan, and the first presidential float to be featured in the history of the New Year’s Day Tournament of Roses parade in Pasadena.
