Here is a link to Andrew Wilkow's MADE IN THE USA shopping guide. If anyone is interested in finding products not made in CHINA.

I haven't looked at everything on the list, but if the price in competitive with it's Chinese counterpart, it worth a look. Most products are going to be to mail order.

I'm not going to preach buy only AMERICAN made products, since most of the time the problem is the unions driving up the cost of our goods and services, but I'm sure on that list there are family owned small companies that make good quality, low cost goods.

Andrew Wilkow, for anyone who doesn't know, is a radio host on WABC in NY, the same station of HANNITY and RUSH, he is also on a station in ALBANY, NY during the week. He does a show on SUNDAY on WABC.

You're welcome, I finally got around to looking it up after hearing Andrew talk about it over and over again, although he really should stop talking about economics with CHINA, his facts aren't really right.

You could expand that list a lot if it was just clothing not made in China. If, say, you mainly care about not supporting Chinese imports, you could add tons of designer clothing to the list because a large portion are made in Europe (Italy or Spain, for example). Just a fyi.

Wilkow constantly goes on about he hatred for CHINA. Which isn't a bad thing since the CHINESE GOV'T is a commi regime. He admits he tries to buy products, made in the USA first, and if not then anywhere else but CHINA.

Thanks, Random.......it is good to know where to find products made here in the USA

Some of our local museum shops in the Washington DC area are now looking to smaller vendors that carry products made in the USA.
