Unhappy

I am saddened today by the passing of one of our "Passionate not Political" Presidents of our time and the BEST COMMANDER IN CHIEF this country has ever had.

I had the opportunity to meet President Reagan while I was serving in the United States Air Force during the climax of the Cold War. He told me HE was proud of me and my comrades for taking time out of my life to "Protect and Preserve" the United States of America.

Well, I was proud to be serving under him as our Commander In Chief. The military soldier and family was a priority to him and I will always be grateful for his leadership and common sense attitude of leading this country and the mightiest military force in the world.

Goodbye and God Speed Mr. President, you will be sorely missed not only by all the American people, but by all military personnel who served under you.

I Salute You!

I remember being an Air Force 2nd Liutenant at Laughlin AFB listening from our ready room of the radio adress of President Reagan's inauguration ceremony. Without even taking a step yet in the oval office, the Iranian embassy hostages were alreay freed by his presidency.

I served proudly through the duration of both terms and will always appreciate my commander in chief. God bless Ronald Reagan.

Smile

What we see before us right now is a celebration of a Great American who inspired Americans to be ever greater than they thought they could be.
I signed on to the Navy in April of 1983. President Reagan, through strength, through vision, through his vision to see the shining city on the hill.
Many years at sea saw some storm seas, yet with a good compass and a map and a plan, the goal of all plans can be achieved.
We now live in a country that President Reagan brought us to. A country that is better off, a country that believes in itself, and a country that is proud to be American.
President Reagans' enthusiasm for being an American is alive in my now, and I have shared that great gift with my 10 year old daughter.
May God continue to bless this great country.
